Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to how you use babieswind.garden and the services Babieswind Tree Service offers through it. When you browse the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Babieswind Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about whether they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking their credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is meant to inform, not to advise. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, your insurer and local permit office.

What We Expect From You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@babieswind.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The content and design of this site belong to Babieswind Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Babieswind Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

If These Terms Change

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
