Disclaimer and Important Notices

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use babieswind.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Role: Referrals Only

Babieswind Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Babieswind Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content on this site is general. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood and damaged buildings into the picture. Please do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Babieswind Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has more detail.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
